"I felt compelled to write a strong "Thank You" letter to your management for all of the kindness you have shown me since I became a customer of your hotel. Your welcoming attitude has spread to the rest of the staff and I am really made to feel welcome whenever I visit. I know this comes from your efforts and I sincerely appreciate it. Many guests get fired up enough to write a letter when they have complaints and while this might get some steam off their chests, they really don't take the time to say thank you when they have a great experience. You have always made me feel welcome and have on numerous occasions gone well beyond what might be expected to take good care of me.
